I am 20 years old, and I have been playing golf for about 8 years now. Throughout my career, I have always had an on and off pain in my left elbow referred to as “Golfers Elbow.” I constantly would try to ice it whenever I felt pain, but it was always a constant battle because it always came back. My friend’s dad, Kenny Kelly from Argyle Cryo, reached out to me about Cryotherapy treatment over this past year. I had never done treatment like this, so I figured I might as well try it. To be honest, I had always had a preconceived notion that this kind of treatment would not be that effective. After the treatment, I have been pain-free for almost a full year! I haven’t gone this long without pain since I first started playing the sport.

I was introduced to the world of local cryotherapy while attending a conference. I was dealing with shoulder pain that caused a limited range of motion and tingling down my arm. After 1 treatment I had a full range of motion. Over the next couple of days, the tingling went away. I have been pain-free and have no tingling for over 2 years now.
For years I have dealt with pain and limited range of motion in my shoulder due to a frozen shoulder. I had previously tried several different things to help, and never really found relief.
